Community Guidelines

Version 2026-09-20 · Effective 20 September 2026

1. Scope and access

These rules apply to public profiles, shared Creature images, promotions, friend features, chat, reports and any other social or community space in Creature. Community features are optional and adult-only under our current safety settings. Access can be restricted or withdrawn if an account does not meet the applicable age, store, legal or safety requirements.

2. Be safe and respectful

Use the community in good faith. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, impersonate or discriminate against anyone. Do not share personal data about yourself or others, including contact details, location, passwords, private messages or identifying images. Do not attempt to move people—especially minors—to unsafe off-platform contact.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

4. AI-generated images

Creature images are generated from controlled in-game options and may be synthetic or imperfect. Do not present a generated image as proof of a real person, event, endorsement or professional fact. You may not use public community features to distribute prohibited, deceptive or infringing material. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish, even if the image was generated by the Service.

5. Reporting and moderation

Use the in-app report control or contact info@creature-ai.org to report content or conduct. Please include enough context to locate the item, but do not include sensitive data unnecessarily. We may use automated detection and authorised human reviewers to triage reports and enforce these rules. We may preserve relevant evidence for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance and appeals.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, we may remove or limit content, restrict visibility, warn an account, disable community features, suspend or terminate an account, reverse improperly obtained benefits where permitted, or report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities. We may take immediate action for safety or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that every item is reviewed before it is visible.

7. Appeals

If you believe we made a moderation mistake, contact info@creature-ai.org within 30 days of the decision, include your account ID and the affected item/decision, and explain why you believe it should be changed. We will review appeals proportionately and explain the outcome where required by law. This does not limit statutory complaint or court rights.

8. Contact and updates

These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Service. We may update them for safety, legal or product reasons, with notice for material changes where required. Privacy information is in the Privacy Policy.
