A creature returning from a long expedition

Is Creature a good mobile game for long-term progression?

Creature is built for players who like short check-ins and progress that adds up over weeks and months. Timers run while you are away: eggs incubate, creatures travel to planets, Deep Space expeditions run for days, and each lab research level takes 8 to 60 hours.

Over time you upgrade five lab rooms, raise bloodlines across generations, complete weekly tasks and compete in seasons whose top 100 creatures are archived permanently in the Hall of Fame.

The systems that keep you coming back

The Creature lab, upgraded through research

A lab that grows with you

Nano-Data from extracted creatures feeds Research Cores that drive a tech tree across five rooms:

  • Genesis Chamber — stat ranges from 50–70 up to 70–100
  • Incubator — 5 → 20 eggs, 30 → 15 minutes
  • Extractor — CTE yield from 10:1 up to 1:1
  • Helix Synergizer — four DNA strand tiers, cheaper crafting
  • Health Center — faster revivals, extra slots, Instant Revival
The 12 planets of Spectra

Planets you outgrow

Each of the 12 Spectra planets checks one stat against its difficulty. Once your creature is too strong for a planet, that planet refuses it — progression is built to push you toward tougher worlds with better loot, never to let you farm the same spot forever.

Deep Space in Creature

Deep Space: the multi-day expedition

Send one creature into Deep Space for 2 Star Shards. Every refill buys 12–24 more hours depending on its Endurium, and milestones pay out from day 1 to day 12 — CTE, Star Shards, Energy, a Star Heart, DNA and finally the Deep Space Explorer badge.

Miss a refill and the creature loses a Life and the trip's loot, so it rewards steady check-ins rather than marathon sessions.

The Hall of Fame and Season Book

Seasons with a permanent record

Creatures compete by Score in the live leaderboard. When a season ends, the top 100 are archived in the Season Book — your creature can be remembered, not just strong. Medals, Ordens and Trophies track milestones like 25,000 eggs hatched or 4,000 Likes received.

Play style

Idle where it helps, active where it matters

Creature is not a pure idle game. Timers do the waiting for you, but the progress comes from decisions: which ingredients go into an egg, which creature risks a planet run, which two become the next generation and which one is worth sacrificing. A few minutes at a time is enough — and if you want to go faster, Timewarps skip any timer.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Is Creature an idle game?
Partly. Eggs, planet runs, Deep Space expeditions and research all progress while you are away, but the game is driven by decisions — what to create, keep, merge or sacrifice — rather than by waiting alone.
How much time do I need per day?
A few minutes is enough. Most sessions are short check-ins to hatch eggs, collect loot, start new runs and refill Deep Space. You can play longer whenever you like.
Do I lose progress if I don't play for a while?
Your collection and lab stay as they are. The one exception is Deep Space: if an expedition's countdown runs out, that creature loses a Life and the trip's loot.
Is there an endgame?
Yes: legendary and perfect 2.0× creatures, deep bloodlines, the fully researched lab, long achievement tracks and the seasonal race for the top 100 in the Hall of Fame.
How long does lab research take?
Each research level takes between 8 and 60 hours of real time. Timewarp items can skip any timer.
What are weekly tasks?
Five rotating tasks per week, such as hatching, merging or sending creatures to planets. Each pays 15–60 Star Shards, and finishing all five adds 3 Star Hearts.
